Douglas A. Strouse, Ph.D. is the Managing Partner of Wexley Consulting HRD, LLC, an international management and consulting firm whose clients have included companies such as Duracell, Moen, Oldsmobile, Rubbermaid, United, Frito Lay, GE, General Motors, Goodyear, Corning, and many others. He is also the founder of Global Data Source LLC, a national data management and services firm, and is President of the CEO Club of Baltimore.
